Kline Hospice House Memorial Wall
A commemorative engraved tile is an ideal way to honor or memorialize your loved one. Designating a tile on the Memorial Wall creates a lasting tribute and ensures the Kline House will be here for future patients and families. Click here for details

Memorial or Tribute Gifts
Memorial gifts honor loved ones who have died. Tribute gifts honor those who have touched your life in a special way. They may recognize outstanding services by the hospice team or commemorate a special occasion such as a wedding, birthday or anniversary.

Angel Ornament
Give one of these lovely ornaments as a gift in memory or in honor of a loved one, or place it on your own tree. These beautiful hand-blown glass ornaments tipped with 22K gold on the wings and halo are packaged in a satin pillowed gift box. The ornament can be personalized with a name and/or dates. Personalized Angel ornaments are available for $25. Beautiful gold stands available for $5.00

Monetary Gifts
This type of contribution made with cash, check or credit card is the simplest way to support Hospice of Frederick County. Continued contributions can be made through monthly debit or payroll deduction.

Planned Giving
Leave a legacy for generations to come through a bequest, appreciated property (including individual stocks, bonds, and mutual funds), life insurance policies or gifts of retirement assets.

Giving Through Your Workplace
Ask your employer about matching gifts, or other opportunities to participate in charitable efforts to benefit Hospice of Frederick County.
