Young Widows/Widowers Group

  • Eight consecutive Wednesdays

This 8-week, closed-ended support group is specifically for young widows and widowers, ages 18-55 years.  During this time, we will explore and share the issues specific to the death of a young spouse/life-partner and help provide understanding and validation of feelings and discover tools so that you may begin to recover joy for life, reclaim a new identity and rebuild your future.
